    • Noriko Yashima (Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant)
      Graduated from Rikkyo University, with degree in Psychology. Having served for many years as Financial Controller and HR Manager at the Japanese subsidiary of a US company subsidiary in Japan and an Ito-chu Group company, Yashima established the Yashima Human Resource Management Office. She currently provides social insurance and labor consulting services, focusing primarily on foreign labor issues and reviewing and drawing up Work Rules for companies preparing for IPOs.
